Walk Across Italy

In 2025, I spent six months walking across Italy, mostly on pilgrim roads. In the spring, I followed a south-to-north trajectory, beginning in Matera, looping down and around the heel of Puglia and then carrying onward to the Slovenian border near Trieste. In the fall, I reversed course, beginning in the north in the Swiss Alps, before eventually arriving in Sicily. A complete archive of all of my writing from the road follows. Note that these posts, along with accompanying short videos, appear first on my Patreon, along with photos on Instagram and Facebook. In time, though, all of the writing ends up here.
